Plank to Downward Dog

Knees to Chest Stretch

The good thing about it is that you can do this stretching on your couch too. So it doesn’t require any specific place to do. Lay down on the bed and push your knees up toward your chest. Spinal Twist

This is something really twisty and enjoyable. It allows you to target multiple body parts in just one stretch.
