Because lifting heavy weights will gain your muscles that will automatically gain your overall weight. However, if you avoid doing cardio exercises hard and do running workouts, it can be a good idea to join the gym. 

Myth No 3.
Burning out 3500 calories makes you lose a few pounds. But people are unknown about which calories should be burned. Your body contains many types of calories. Some of them are due to heavyweight, while some are helpful to give you energy so that your body can work properly. So, burn fat-calories and carbo-calories. 

Myth No 4.
A crash diet can help you to lose weight, which is a fact. But, there is a 90% chance that if you leave the crash diet, your weight will again gain up within a year. It means that it is a temporary strategy for weight loss. Therefore, you should have a proper diet and exercise plan, sleep hours, and be happy.  

Myth No 5.
It is probably another most common story told to every overweight person that supplements help lose weight. There are numerous weight loss supplements available claiming to reduce weight dramatically. Excluding some, this never happens. Indeed, the supplements are just a placebo and have nothing to do with weight loss.

Many people don’t eat anything for the whole day. Because they think that eating nothing will lose weight. But in fact, it is wrong. Our body needs fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to work properly.
