All the people in the world are living with some emotions and feelings. But, there are a few people, who are very conscious and emotional. They are very polite and soft in their and other’s matters. On the other hand, there are some other people as well who are living with depression, anxiety, and stress. Such people find only one way to get out of it. And that is suicide. And guess what? They are wrong about it. Suicide is not the solution to any problem. You should face the unknown depression, stress, and anxiety with full courage and sheer determination. Moreover, such people feel it uncomfortable to tell or share their anxieties and problem with others. You might worry about your condition, which is too emotional. You can even feel that sharing your problems and stress with others perhaps causes stress to them as well. However, keeping all such conditions aside, this blog is to tell you the real truth. These kind of thoughts are simply not true, and it must be removed from your mind. Therefore, some tips are provided for you. 

Question Your Thoughts
It is suggested to question your thoughts if you feel and think the same. Because these thoughts can lead to guilty of your mental health. Not only this but such thoughts are way too critical than senses. One thing to be remembered that thoughts are not the facts, but rather stories that may be or may not be true. Try to find a precious and perfect time, and talk to someone you love and trust about your thoughts. 

Feel Open and Free to Love
Never feel uncomfortable or shy about expressing your love and feelings to anyone. Indeed, open yourself up to love from the people who care about you. And with no wonder, these people are no one but your family and close friends. Don’t think that loving is hard. Taking and giving love to everyone is possible, even in dark times. It is also submitted to give respect and specific time to those who care about you.
