About 80% of the total population of the world is suffering from anxiety. Some are in stress due to business work. While some are depressed due to personal matters. Now, the question is what is the pure definition of anxiety.  In response to a stressful situation, if your heart beating is faster than normal heartbeat, then it is referred to as anxiety. Anxiety is considered as a natural response to stress. Another example of anxiety is sweeping from your hand’s palms due to an overwhelming given task. If this example of instance is not enough to recognize your triggers, you can take other common examples as well. However, our main aim is to remove this anxiety and provide complete mental satisfaction and relaxation. For this, we have found some methods to cope with anxiety. 

Quick Ways To Cope With Anxiety
Many types of anxiety, like sporadic anxiety, interferes in the business and personal tasks of the person. Therefore, coping with such anxieties is very important to regain mental satisfaction and attraction. For such anxieties, there are some natural remedies that can help you to figure yourself out from the situation and make you feel better. A souvenir of such type of anxiety is that its symptoms are short-lived and usually subside on its own. Yet, some natural and quick ways to cope with anxiety are listed below:





  • Question Your Thought Pattern:

  • Practice Focused, Deep Breathing:
    try breathing in and out for four counts and 5 minutes respectively. The 4-7-8 technique is also helpful for such situations. 


  • Use Aromatherapy:
    Scents like lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood can be very soothing and useful for the victims. No matter if they are in the form of oil or a candle. 


  • Go Away For a Walk and Do Fifteen Minutes of Yoga:
    yoga and walking are considered as one of the best treatments of anxiety in many cases.

Long Term Strategies for Coping With Anxiety
All the above-mentioned methods and tips were for sporadic anxiety. However, if you are continuously living with anxiety and want to get rid of it, you must follow some other coping techniques. Long term coping may include several combinations of different things and actions. This includes talk therapy and meditation. These strategies are listed below:




  • Identify and Learn to Manage Your Triggers:
    For this, a therapist might prove to be helpful. Triggers can include smoking, drinking alcohol, caffeine, or something like that.



  • Adopt Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
    CBT is helpful in finding different ways of thinking about and reacting to anxiety-causing situations. 


  • Do Meditation Regularly:
    It will help you to make your mind relaxed and feel better. However, it requires some practice in order to be done successfully. 


  • Try to Change Your Diets and Take Supplements:
    These supplements include omega-3 fatty acids, lemon balm, green tea, valerian root, kava kava, and dark chocolate. 


  • Keep Your Mind and Body Healthy


  • Ask Your Doctor About Medications.
