The Hanging Knee Raise requires additional working of core muscles, hip flexors, shoulders, biceps, and latissimus dorsi. On the other hand, hanging with a simple pull-up bar is the simplest version of Hanging Knee Raise. Now, all you need to do is to raise your knees toward your chest in a controlled motion. Because it requires a TRX Strap, which is very expensive and hard to find. However, if you do not want to buy a TRX Strap, you can also use a stability ball as an alternate.
